KATIE –

In 15 weeks together, she lost 14cm off her waist & 8cm off her hips. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • It’s a minimum 12-week non-refundable commitment.

    Once the minimum commitment of 12-weeks is completed your contract will continue, unless cancellation is requested. To cancel your contract, you must provide minimum 2 weeks’ notice.

  • We’ll begin once we have completed our initial set up call.

    We always aim for the following Monday to begin your first week with Kayla Cerda Coaching.

  • During the initial 12-weeks, the minimum commitment must be completed at full. If any unforeseen circumstances arise that limits you from continuing, reach out and we may look at putting your coaching on hold for a small period of time.

    Once the minimum commitment has been completed, you may request to put your coaching on hold for a maximum of 2 times per year, with a minimum of 12 weeks in between hold periods.

    The hold period can be for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 4 weeks.

  • You will receive feedback every Monday during your weekly check-in.

    But please don't hesitate to reach out to me via message whenever it's needed.

  • To be eligible for online coaching, you do require at least 1 year of experience training in the gym and a base understanding of strength training. If you are new to the gym and training on your own, I would recommend checking out Premium Face-to-Face coaching.

    As for nutrition, not at all, but be aware that the focus then lies on implementing better nutrition habits and learning how to track your food intake. It doesn't mean you'll not see any body composition changes, but they might be a bit slower depending on how fast you are able to implement what you've learned.
